The satellite deployable Antenna ran in the space orbit,due to the cyclicalexperiencing the sunshine and shadow, produced periodic changes of the transienttemperature field in the structure, this dramatic change in temperature may cause theantenna thermal vibration. From the two aspects of thermal vibration producingconditions and influencing factors, this article carried out research about thephenomena of the antenna thermal vibration. Finally, according to the process ofthermal vibration, the thermal vibration analysis platform was developed.In the study of the satellite deployable antenna thermal vibration producingconditions, In this paper, I-DEAS software was used to calculate the temperature of theantenna in the field of the orbit, then through the method of programming and spectralanalysis, the thermal response frequency of the antenna was calculated. The modalanalysis of the ANSYS software was used to calculate the natural frequency of theantenna, thus got the Boley parameters B. Finally, by means of Boley thermalvibration theory, the phenomena of the antenna thermal vibration was predicted.In the study of the influencing factors analysis of the satellite deployable Antennathermal vibration, this paper, mainly from the three aspects which are the ratio of theabsorption-emission, the binding mode and damping,carried out the single factor andmulti-factors analysis, gained the influence regular pattern of the thermal vibration ofthe antenna, and proposed some measures to restrain the phenomenon of thermalvibration. Finally, on the basis of the thermal vibration analysis process, the softwareframework of the thermal vibration analysis platform was designed and developmentprinciples and development tools was proposed.In this article, the thermal vibration phenomena of the satellite deployable antennawas studied, and taken a number of effective measures to inhibition of thermalvibration,which had a certain significance to improve the antenna performance.
