| As the key instruments of an electric power system, the electrical transformersshould be paid enough attentions on its reliable running and effective protection. Thecomputer-controlled protection has already been the mainstream of relay-protection,while the development of computer technique brings up with new opportunities.Advanced embedded microprocessor shows its superiority on establishingrelay-protection by its powerful ability to comput, to store and to communicate, as wellas its abundant and precise peripheral digital devices.On the base of industrial standard ColdFire family32-bit microprocessingplatform, the main protection of electrical transformers is established in the paper. It’sdifferential protection with percentage restraint and second harmonic escapement.Firstly,the model of protection equipment is designed and built after the analysis oftransformer protection theories. Then the software is designed on the uC/OS-Ⅱembedded real time operating system kernel in the paper. At last, the hardware andsoftware will be synthesized and tested to prove the correctness of the method that thepaper described.In the end, applications of some new mehods and technologies will be proposedas a summary of the whole paper. |
