| The technology of Marine diesel engine is moving in the direction of high powerdensity, intelligent, low-emission, low-noise and modularization,among them the highpower density would exacerbate shaft vibration and ship-related specificationsimprove cabin noise limits,so the traditional control methods of torsional vibrationwhich has adjusting the ignition sequence and installing damper could’t meet theneeds of modern diesel’s technology, meanwhile, the intelligent marine diesel enginehas changed the shortcomings of operating parameters which can not be flexiblyadjusted in the traditional diesel engine.It provides a means of achieving optimalcontrol of the diesel engine’s performance.Therefore, this article puts forward theoptimization control method of torsional vibration based on controllable parameters ofthe intelligent diesel engine.This article has done a more in-depth study in excitation torque calculation andmathematical analysis theory of torsional vibration,and have done a preliminarystudy in principles and methods of the optimization control method of torsionalvibration.First of all, the optimization simulation model has been formed through theestablishment of single cylinder simulation model and writing calculation proceduresof torsional vibration. Then the model validation as follows: simulation results ofcylinder pressure are in good agreement with the experimental data; torsionalvibration calculation results of low speed, medium-speed and high-speed dieselengines are in good agreement with the results of the software of AVL and711Institute’s TV and the test results. The optimization results of diesel engine’s shaftwhich are calculated by the model can be used as a reference analysis.At last,targeting a medium-speed machine; it has got the control parameters of optimizationcontrol: pre-injection advanced angle, the intake pressure, intake timing and injectiontiming by the study of the optimization features of controllable parameters,and has improved the torsional vibration,the torsional vibration’s optimization of rated speedat full load conditions and all conditions of propulsive characteristics have achievedgood control effect.Through the study, the method of torsional vibration’s optimization control hasbeen formed.The method can be applied to various types of intelligent diesel, furtherto meet the torsional vibration’s control requirements of the high reliability and lownoise diesel engine. |
