Abstract/Summary:
In construction process of Continuous rigid frame closure bridge, closure process hasthe certain influence of bridge structure internal force and deflection. How to determine themost appropriate closure process which ensure that bridge structure construction and stressare in the best state. Therefore explore continuous rigid frame the best closure process,provide the basis for the engineering application.This paper relies on Horseshoe bay bridge, had a analysis on it and got summary ofreasonable closure process in construction and stress of long span continuous rigid framebridges. Firstly, this paper discussed the influence of closure order on the bridgeconstruction, had a analysis on the various links of closure order make a detailed analysis tothe optimal choice of counterweight, strength skeleton and closure temperature. From thepoint of view of construction, it gave the objective evaluation to once-closure process ofwhole bridge; Secondly, introduced use of finite element theory in cross-section girderbridge and the reasonable stress state of continuous rigid frame. Finally, using bridgestructure professional calculation software, to establish simulation mode of feasible closureorders of the bridge. Analysis the stage of the structure system transition, bridge stage andbridge stage which operated three years. Through the comparative analysis to its internalforce, stress and deformation, it gave the objective evaluation to once closure process ofwhole bridge from the point of view of the force again.Demonstrated continuous rigid frame when using different closure constructionprocess, its structure system conversion order is different, and the structural internal forcedistribution from the heavy are also different; Also the feasibility of which closure process inthe application of the continuous rigid frame of few spans. provide reference to the selectionof long span continuous rigid frame bridges closure process in the future.
