Research On The Method Of Analysis Indices Extraction For Highway Network Operation Monitoring

In recent years, in our country road construction has made remarkable achievements,rapidly forming national arterial highway network which is composed freeway as skeletons,national and provincial arterial road as main part, determining the development goal of“visible, measurable and controllable”. However, the construction, operation andmanagement of highway network operation monitoring and the service system in China isstill in the key period of improving and optimizing. On the one hand, although it is availableto grasp running state data through using measures such as existing road database, runningstatus monitoring equipment and emergency information submitting and so on, there is stilllack of road index analysis of the operation state, especially indices analysis and evaluationunder different transportation demand condition. On the other hand, it cannot realizeautomatic selection and extraction of particular event and demand indicator for analysis indexhighway network monitoring data analysis indicator, especially for regular analysis summaryindex which mostly relies on artificial confirmation.Under this background, this thesis regarding highway network operation monitoringanalysis indices as the object, the author proposed the method of analysis indices extractionof highway network peration monitoring, it arms to strengthen highway network operationmonitoring and scientific management, enrich and perfect the highway network operationmonitoring network system, and provide a security, unimpeded, convenient, green highwaytravel service for the people. Firstly, this thesis analyses the conception and content ofhighway network operation monitoring. On the basis, the thesis considering practicalapplication as goal, take advantage of the fixed traffic information collection technology andthe mobile type, it discusses the way of the dynamic traffic data collection and pretreatment.Secondly, the conjoint-technology-system selects the road-network operation monitoringanalysis indices both in view of the data’s role formerly and according to principles ofscientific, of practicability,of operability, of completeness, of objective credibility and givesa quantitative index method. Thirdly, taking advantage of information extraction, the paperrefers to the users’ index extraction as text, and dose formatting analysis from time, location, event, angle conditions; at the same time, according to the formatting requirements, the papermakes use of the information extraction to match indices; on the basis of above-mentionedsummary of highway network operational monitoring and summarizing existing indexextraction demands and indices associated with demands, to build rule base of demands andindices. Finally, it develops the simple-extraction-system by using of Visual C#to realize theautomatic extraction of the index. And the example that the operability of the system is good,the extraction results more accurate. It is confirmed by the cases that the system possessesboth the favorable operability and the higher accuracy of extraction-results.
