| With the development of economy and technology, the enterprise of our country isfacing more severe competition on market that from home and abroad. Many domesticenterprises are lack of independent innovation; many parameters of design about the productsare determined by the experience of the designer, so the stability and reliability of theproducts is much worse. Being different from the domestic enterprises, foreign manufacturersattach great importance to the innovational level of the product, and by which then canimprove the competitiveness of their products. Therefore, this paper tries to study products’design that based on innovation, and apply it to the vibratory roller’ improving design ofcomponents.This paper firstly compares the common methods of product design, and compared theiradvantages and disadvantages. Finally, I use TRIZ as the theory to the improvement ofmechanical product, because it’s easy to operate, understand and master. This paper firstintroduces the definition of TRIZ theory and theoretical foundation, and then introduces indetail its three concepts and four design tools which are used commonly. This paper alsodetailed sort out product conceptual design process and the specific methods that can realizethe process, establish the conceptual design process of products that is based on TRIZ theory.In this paper, the process,that has been mentioned in the previous section,is applied tothe improving design of the roller’ part. Firstly, I use the technology evolution theory toanalyze and solve the problem of damage about the vibratory bearing and the excitationchamber’ leakage,and they have obvious effects. Secondly, I find the ways to solve thediscomfort of the driver by the tool of Pro/Techniques5.0that based on the contradictionmatrix. The tools give four measures, one of them is to change the technical parameters, Ireduce the vibration damper’ stiffness, which improve this phenomenon. At last, I make asimplified three-dimensional model of the vibratory roller, change the parameters of thestiffness and the mass of the frame and steel wheels. With the simulation analysis, I make aconclusion that changing the stiffness and using the lower limit of the stiffness are rightmeasures. |
