Multi Span Continuous Beam Bridge Temporary Consolidation And Its Simulation Method

The system will convert more times in the process of construction, when the construtionof prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge using the cantilever method. In theconstruction process, temporary rigid fixity have important influence to overthrow ability andstability of the cantilever structure model T, and to the internal force and displacement of thestructure before and after conversion of the system. Reasonable temporary rigid fixity wayhas something with safety and economic relations of construction, and reasonable temporaryrigid fixity simulation method can provide more accurate the arch degrees, ensure that bridgelinear and guide the construction control. Therefore, how to calculate the resistive overturningability of the temporary rigid fixity and choose the correct temporary rigid fixity simulationmethod is very important.Paper refers the domestic and foreign relevant literature materials, summarizes themechanical characteristics of continuous girder bridge and the development present situationof prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge at home and abroad, and introduces thetemporary consolidation and resistive overturning calculation method in the constructionprocess. This paper takes continuous girder bridge beside Shi Gu mountain in Baoji as theengineering background, using the finite element software Midas/Civil6.71, establishes a fewsimulation models for the bridge construction process and analyses the internal force anddisplacement of bridge structure under the state of cantilever bridge state.Finally, the study results have been applied in the construction control of this bridge.
