Along with China’s economic situation in recent years of rapid development, China’sinfrastructure construction is large-scale construction, including our transportationinfrastructure construction, a section of the highway are being rapidly building up. with theunique advantage of Continuous rigid frame bridge,it be used more and more widely inhighway construction. For continuous rigid frame bridges, The0block construction is crucial, and the0block has complex structure, large amount of concrete. The cracking of0blockbecome construction the weight of heavy task. Especially the hydration heat is generated bythe temperature crack of high strength concrete with this year to use more and more. After consulting the temperature field, with a main span of140m4-span continuous rigidframe box girder bridge as the background, using the field test and finite element analysismethods, we analysis of hydration heat and temperature field characteristics of the Block0ofthe box girder. This paper introduces the hydration heat temperature field calculation theory and method. Then, followed by the construction and observation data, all kinds of the effect factors abouthydration heat were analyzed. The last reference to the knowledge of heat transfer, we takethe simulation analysis on the0block, getting temperature field distribution of the0block,summarizing the hydration heat of concrete under the influence of construction process of0block structure of temperature evolution and temperature field distribution rule. Combinedwith the0block of hydration heat temperature, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid framebridge temperature effect on responses were analyzed and explored, putted forward theconcrete box beam crack control and treatment measures, for the similar bridge construction.
