With the development of urban construction and the innovation of the modern architecturetechnology, the physical properties of the ordinary concrete have cannot meet therequirements of the modern construction, how to improve mechanical properties of concretehas become a hot topic of the subject. Fiber reinforced concrete can effectively improve theconcrete brittleness, and the concrete tensile strength and toughness. In the practiceengineering, the fiber reinforced concrete can usefully stop the expansion of the originalcracks and limit the cracking of new cracks, and improve the ability to resist deformation;Fiber reinforced concrete have gotten more application in the construction engineering,hydraulic engineering, transportation engineering and repair reinforcement projects.In this paper, use the orthogonal experimental design method to study the influence of fiberconcrete of main performance factors and the significant degree of each factor. According tothe characteristics of orthogonal test factors from the comprehensive test and select the part ofrepresentative of the points, the fiber concrete cube compression test, Split pull test, elasticmodulus test, the axis compression test and bending test. To study the influence of variousfactors about the fiber reinforced concrete mechanical properties. The main research contents:(1) According to the characteristics of the fiber and the application requirements ofengineering practice, find out the influence factors of the orthogonal test contain fibercontent (A), water reducing agent content (B) and the species of fiber (C). Collecting fiberreinforced cement base composite material summarized to determine the level of each factor,which included (1,2, and3). Choose orthogonal table and determine various experimentalratio.(2) According to the concrete test specification to test the physical and mechanicalperformance measurement of3days,7days and28days. Analysis the data of Orthogonalexperimental design test, getting the trend of each influence factor.According to theorthogonal design theory, we can get the best proportion of various mechanical properties,then guide to ensure the optimal ratio of fiber reinforced concrete comprehensive physicalperformance in the next step. (3) Based on the data of orthogonal experiment, added a optimal proportion strengthcomplement test, checked the optimal proportion strength verification, and got the strengthformula which under tensile strength of the optimal proportion about each mechanicalproperties of fiber reinforced concrete.
