Arch bridge is one of those which are commonly used in the bridge,it has a long historyand large span capacity.. Half-through arch bridge is often used in cities because of its specialstructural form. Arch bridge received great development in city appearance,it has alsobecome one of the landmark buildings in cities. In recent years,the arch bridge in our countryhave made significant progress in span,structure form,construction characteristics and otheraspects,the arch bridge have been among the forefront of the world in many areasThis paper is based on a survey of arch bridge calculation theory and calculation methodof ultimate bearing capacity,to take a swallow type arch bridge as example and use the finiteelement method to calculate the bridge structure,according to the structure characteristics.The article use the field monitoring data and the load test data to verify the finite elementmodel,and to analysis the ultimate bearing capacity under different conditions.In the analysis of ultimate bearing capacity,let the Structure weight and live loads(city-A)increase proportionally,then get the coefficient λ.;furthermore,swallow type Arch Bridge arecontrasted and analyzed,Considered linearity,geometric nonlinearity,and dual nonlinearityrespectively(both Geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity), and the nonlinearinfluence on the analysis Effects of RC trussed multi-arch bridges is studied. The analysiseffects indicate: in order to get accurate results,the influence of geometric and materialnonlinearity must be considered When the ultimate load bearing capacity of RC swallow typeArch Bridge are bridges is studied. Loading form Of the arch bridge has certain influence onultimate load bearing capacity,given the structure Failure Process and damage model undercertain load operating formsThe article analysis the different load forms as the ultimate bearing capacity analysis ofconditions, also considering the structure under the lateral wind load and the decrease of theoverall strength. Through the different conditions of ultimate equilibrium state diagram ofinternal force, stress strain curve, we can get some useful conclusions. The analysis resultscan provide some certain reference for the design or construction of the type, it also canprovide something useful for the health detection and maintenance repair in the using process.
