| This paper studies the Ventilated Shaft of ShiYashan tunnel in Guangzhou-Wuzhoufreeway.The shaft well construction process of reverse was used as the object of theresearch, then the paper analyses the dynamic mechanical behavior of the shaftconstruction process. This paper analyze the allover shaft well construction process ofreverse on structural stability of surrounding rock,and ansysed the effort of theanti-drilling machine methoed on the surrounding rock, Finally, analyze the impact aboutwell construction of rock stability in weak interlayer region.First, this paper outlines the reverse-shaft well construction techniques of ShiYashantunnel,according to comparing traditional metheods of shaft well construction withanti-drilling machine methoed, from different point of view, summed up that anti-drillingmachine methoed have the advantages in the efficiency, safety, and progress.Second,relying on the side pressure of the shaft and surrounding rock strengththeory,this paper analysis the shaft excavation, by field test data,the rock strength ofShiYashan shaft was checked.Then, the stability of different pore sizes of the guide hole is studied on, the safetyrange for anti-pull guide hole construction is given. At the same time,the paper analyze thestress and the strain of the guide hole at different depths,cased by rock excavation, Got thevertical extent of rock in shaft drilling.then,, this paper focuses on shaft overallconstruction process simulation analysis, With the stress and deformation along with theincrease of the depth of excavation,and draw the conclusion that grade and below rockrequired to bolt, Two rock retaining only need to spray concrete.Finally, the article analyze the soft interlayer region, reaches a variation aboutdifferent range of shaft weak layer structure of rock and shaft displacement. |
