Now, the traditional non-renewable resources are becoming scarce, as a new type ofrenewable energy, solar energy are concerned widely, the application is growing fastly. Asit’s wide using, in the production solar cells tend to produce many defects for its processreasons, these deficiencies will affect the luminescence efficiency seriously, Therefore, thesolar cell defect detection has become a hot topic.There are many kinds of defect detection systems in Domestic and foreign,most of themuse EL(Electroluminescence) imaging detection principle, However, many of these detectionsystems used in experimental studies which can not be used in industrial production, basedon these considerations, this paper will describe in detail how to design an detection systemfor solar cells defect which can be used in industrial production——SCDI(Solar Cell DefectsInspection) System.Firstly this thesis define the SCDI System. It is not a simple test equipment, which isbased on the specific needs of industrial production, testing equipment and informationmanagement will be an effective combination, and applied on a local area network.Then describes specifically about the design and implementation of software of theSCDI detection system, the software part are divided into three modules by functions: imageacquisition module、image processing module and the information management module, thethree modules of the design and implementation process independent of each other, andultimately integrated into software part of SCDI detection system.Finally, functional testing of software part was finished which include functional testingof software modules and software overall functional testing. The software modules withdifferent functions use different test method, such as information management module,which main function is to read and write access to the database, use of Microsoft’s MicrosoftSQL Server Management Studio to test. For the test of software’s overall function, throughdesigning a test case, it has been verified that the system software meet to business needs.Test results show that the system software framework is the right choice, theoverall functionality have passed the test. The designing of this paper meet the requirementswhich integrating detecting equipment to information management in the designing ofSolar cell defect detection system.
