At present, the phenomenon of point source accident coupling is very common.While the point source accident and the traffic system could extremely easy to influenceeach other, the mutual influence may be more intense in the state of point source accidentcoupling (named as PSAC), which once happened would put the state of the traffic systemin unconventional conditions, We should consider not only the constraint of the trafficsystem which may affect the development of the accident, but also the development of theaccident which is likely to make threat to the traffic system. Nowadays, due to theimportance of urban traffic prewarning under the PSAC is ignored, traffic emergencydecision errors frequently appear, leading to serious influence and personnel property loss.So the research of this paper has obvious practical meaning.The urban traffic prewarning models and mechanism under the PSAC which are thekey point of this paper are researched. First, the theory and the influence of urban trafficunder the PSAC were analyzed; second, the method of prewarning evaluation issummarized and index system is established. index level and corresponding thresholdstandard are determined; third, according to the unascertained measure model and theweighted average, daily and emergency prewarning evaluation model of the urban trafficunder the PSAC are established; finally, the urban traffic prewarning mechanism under thePSAC is investigated in this paper to perform the prewarning work.In conculsion, the theoretical foundation of prewarning work of urban traffic underthe PSAC can be provided by the results of this paper, and provided the method toeffectively control the occurrence of PSAC and the occurrence of urban traffic crisis underthe PSAC, relief traffic influence as quick as possible.
