At present, with the gradually maturity of the power system, the On-line monitoringof the high voltage transmission line has become an important research topic. With thewidespread application of the electronic technology, the communication technology andthe automation technology, the technique, which is used for monitoring the high voltagetransmission line, is gradually improving. The running state of transmission line, which ismainly the wire voltage, current, temperature, dip angle and so on, is usually taken as themonitoring data of the on-line monitoring in the high voltage transmission line. Besides,the working state of the wire also is reflected through this data. The monitoring data cannot only reflect the running state of the high voltage transmission line directly and quickly,but also can be used in the state analysis of the power system. Therefore, there are thebroad application prospect and the significant research value in the on-line monitoringtechnology of the high voltage transmission line.Studying and analyzing the measuring method of the wire current and designing andresearching the power supply in high-voltage side, are the work of this thesis. Firstly,about the measurement method of the line current, the wire current is measured by thesplit Rogowski coil in the paper. Besides, this paper analyses the measuring principle anderror, and puts forward an improved version of the simulated integrating circuit. Secondly,about the design of the power supply, taking out energies from the bus and providingenergies by battery are combined, which is raised in this article, and the power supplycircuit has been designed and realized in the high-voltage side. Among this project, theiron core is split, which is utilized for taking out energies, and analyzing the influencefrom the spilt air gap. Finally, the related experiments have been completed in this article,and the experiment results are analyzed and researched, which verifies the rationality ofthe selected scheme.In this paper, the proposed measure current program is extremely simple andconvenient, and the measurement precision is higher, which make this program have verystrong practicability. The project of the power supply is very to install, and the selectedsplit iron core also achieve the design requirements, which meet the demand of powersupply in the load circuit. The set of the design has passed the simulation experiment, andhave achieved good results.
