With the rapid development of the power system, the unmanned substation across thecountry will be more and more. More dispersed substation maintenance inconvenient, it can notguarantee the normal inspection of the substation.In order to achieve the transformation of thestate of substation DC system overhaul, Research and development of substation DC systemautomation problem people care about the issues. Online system detects is emerged in thiscontext, and one of the rapid development of detection technologies.The subject according to the actual situation of each substation, ATMEL AT91SAM9G45processor as the core, peripherals DDR2, serial FLASH, NAND FLASH, EEPROM, Ethernetport, LCD, RS485and other chips to complete the design of the online system. The completionof the acquisition module monomer real-time monitoring of the battery voltage and the internalresistance of the online acquisition, real-time data transfer via RS485communication interface tocontrol the display module; Controlling a display module as a centralized monitor, theacquisition module and the control module is controlled by a bus structure, to collect theinformation of the acquisition module and the control module, the data processing and analysis;The internal resistance of the module and acquisition module, control modules used inconjunction to complete the acquisition of a single battery internal resistance; Control modulemajor real-time detection of the battery various data parameters. Each module hardware andsoftware combination, and the man-machine interface, provides strong support for the realizationof online monitoring the substation system online monitoring.This paper begins with a brief introduction of substation DC system situation, then PADSLogic design a control module schematics, PADS Layout lay out, production of circuit boards,hardware and software debugging, and finally through the substation monitoring of data analysis,to prove that the design of online system work for its purpose.
