This article is a Xiamen-Chengdu expressway Chenzhou section-claw brain tunnel system engineering background, the tunneling process. Focus on information analysis and feedback of the measurement, after excavation of the tunnel surrounding rock stability situation is analyzed from two aspects of the numerical simulation and field monitoring, Rock stability to determine the thinking for the better implementation of the "New Austrian Tunneling Method, so that the construction of information technology and better feedback, And the stability of surrounding rock in similar buried long tunnel construction process to determine a new way of thinking and methods. The main contents include:(1) According to highway tunnel construction technical specifications (JTG F60-2009) and on-site monitoring measurement data to determine the stability of surrounding rock; peripheral displacement of the tunnel and vaults sank the displacement curve of the data analysis,effective control of the tunnel wall rock deformation.(2) the application of finite element analysis software FLAC3D numerical simulation of tunnel analysis, according to FLAC3D modeling techniques, to determine the physical and mechanical parameters, initial conditions, boundary conditions, material constitutive relation and the grid type of plane geometry, the establishment of the tunnelmodel, the asynchronous tunneling construction methods for the numerical simulation, and obtained the distribution of different conditions of stress and displacement fields. Further understand the stress and displacement field distribution of the rock section of grade III.(3) the analysis of finite element theory and on-site monitoring measurement data were compared each other to verify the accuracy of these two methods as the judging method of tunnel surrounding rock stability.Numerical simulation of the construction of the tunnel and on-site monitoring, to combine the direct guidance of the construction, effective in promoting the progress of the project, the procedures and conclusions after the other long-buried tunnel design and construction of certain reference. Are very important part of the surrounding rock stability analysis and monitoring of the construction process, these will tunnel construction to provide a theoretical basis and engineering experience.
