| With the acceleration of the urbanization process, how to solve the continuousgeneration of a large number of abandoned concrete, how to avoid environmentalpollution and destruction. It has become the urgent problem that the Governmentsmust address. Recycled aggregate concrete is the recycled concrete aggregates thatderived from waste concrete being crushed, which replaced the concrete made fromnatural aggregate in certain ratio. The preparation of the recycled concrete canconsume large amounts of waste concrete to reduce the pollution of the environment,but also to reduce the use of the natural sand and gravel resources, and it can reducethe amount of cement to save the social resources, with very good economic potentialand environmental benefits, in line with China’s concrete requirements of sustainabledevelopment.With the increasing construction waste, the waste concrete also increased rapidly.It has making more and more studies point to the waste concrete. How to use therecycled aggregate concrete has become a hot spot, but the recycled concrete is stillstuck in the understanding of its basic performance, we can’t go into in-depth study.The pillars in the structure are important components of the force, in order to use therecycled concrete in practical engineering; we must study its in-depth research. Thisexperimental design four different dosage (0%,25%,50%,100%) of recycledconcrete mix with steel fiber, while adding total of four renewable bias stub columnsof concrete specimen. It observes that the four specimens phenomenon of failuremodes and the lateral change. It also tests the collation of data analysis and draws outeach specimen the load-displacement curve. At the same time, this experimentalcompared the recycled concrete columns with normal concrete short columns. Itdraws out the following conclusions:(1)The failure modes and mechanism of the recycled concrete short columns aresimilar to the ordinary concrete short columns. Adding steel fibers improve thestrength of the recycled concrete. (2)Under the same load and the same eccentricity, the specimens with theincrease of the increase of the aggregate replacement of a downward trend.(3)With the increase of the aggregate replacement of the recycled concrete, thebearing capacity of specimens has a downward trend.(4)Under the same loads the reinforced have to bear more load than the recycledconcrete. In the recycled concrete short columns, the concrete modulus of elasticity,the concrete and rebar bond strength than ordinary concrete. The recycled concreteshort columns reinforced to bear the load share of more than ordinary concretereinforced.(5)Finally, this article also use ANSYS finite element analysis software tosimulate the recycled concrete short columns experiment and the simulation resultsare similar to the actual experimental. Analysis shows that the result of the finiteelement analysis and the actual experiment has little difference, using ANSYSprogram to analysis short columns of the recycled concrete is feasible. |
