Large-scale emergency evacuation is the important measures toresponse to catastrophic events, to prevent and reduce casualties.Nowadays, more and more emergencies need us to operate evacuation. Asthe enhancements of subway being part of unban transport in the wholeworld, the safety in subway operation is attracting increased attention.Because of the specificity of subway construction and transportation, it isbecoming one of the core issues that achieve effective evacuation.A subway evacuation network is established firstly. Subwayevacuation congest degree is designed. Based on this congest degree,auction algorithm is modified to apply in a method, which provides arouting plan to let individuals evacuate from subway car through facilitiesin station to safety point effectively.Because in real case, individuals cannot evacuate as the optimalallocation strategy considering individual behavior, this paper focuses onthe most important individual behavior--conformity phenomenon afterdescribing kinds of individual behaviors. ACO is brought to describeconformity phenomenon in Anylogic evacuation software. Comparing tocommon evacuation, the result shows optimized method can reducecongestion degree to reduce evacuation time and provide a reasonablerouting for every evacuee.
