CFB is one out of the best clean combustion technology of the world,rapidlydeveloping in china for the past few years. Cyclone is the key component of CFBboiler,study on cyclone design is very important about CFB development in thefuture.The results of this paper:Structural design dimension have an influence on separating efficiency ofcyclone,frist design the cyclone main body diameter,then any other size,cycloneinlet velocity and special steel inlet velocity is the key.Cyclone design and arrangement have lots of difference,however the key isreducing the turbulent current, ensuring consistent central line of body andrevolution,making sure folw field regularity,avoiding cutting-out.Subcritical pressure boiler use water cooled cyclone, supercritical pressure boileruse gas cooled cyclone.Big body gas cooled cyclone fit supercritical pressure circulating fluidizde bedboiler, compact cyclone is the tendency too.Frist create cyclone design recommended limit, second optimum design fromengineering,finally create the company design standard of cyclone.
