As the mechanism of power transmission and direction control, theCVJ(constant joint velocity) is one of the most important components inthe transmission system, and its performance directly determines the safety,stability and comfort of cars. Therefore, as the evaluation device of theCVJ product quality, the performance of the CVJ test board also to a greatextent affects the whole performance of the car. To improve the workingperformance of the CVJ assembly test board, the main emphasis is placedon the research of the hardware measurement and control system, thesoftware measurement and control system, the intelligent control methodsand the intelligent test methods. The main research results are as follows:⑴The hardware integration technology of the measurement andcontrol system with the industry computer as the core.On the realization of the measurement system and the control systemof the test board, the hardware resources of the motion controller, theservo actuator and the data acquisition card are fully exploited to greatlyimprove the measurement and control performance of the system.⑵The software design technology of the test board measurement andcontrol system based on the LCOD technology(LabVIEW ComponentOriented Design) method.In accordance with the ‘exploding complexity’ phenomenon, theLCOD method for realizing measurement and control system is proposed,and all of the test functions are realized by the method, which greatlyimproves the whole developing efficiency and quality.⑶System modeling based on the system identification method andthe optimization of the control system. The system identification method is utilized to model the mechanicalsystem and the whole control system of the test board respectively. Thenthe position controller of the servo system is analyzed and designed basedon the model obtained. At last, the control system is simulated to evaluatedthe performance optimization effect.⑷System intelligent test technology based on fuzzy control method.The fuzzy control method is introduced into the test board testingmethod, and experiments are conducted to prove the improvement of thetest efficiency and test quality.The theory and technology of the measurement and control systemare to some extent enriched by the above-mentioned research results,which is of big significance for the intellectualization technology of theCVJ assembly test board.
