Gas film cooling is the most important part in the modern combustionengine emissions technology, and the film structure also exists in variousforms. With the development of modern optoelectronics and otherhigh-tech industries, slit jet structure is being paid more and more attention,to produce the film cooling, has practical research value is high.The research on the overall performance is more than the single slitstructure. Based on the three-dimensional ejection device of the existing, tosimplify the structure, specifically for the influence of slit port shape andslit width on ejector effect, especially design three different ports(Rightangle, oblique angle of45°, fillet). Each port is designed three kinds ofslit width model(10,15,20mm), using PIV test, shooting the jet flowcharacteristics of the wall, thus the optimum ejector structure, then usingthe FLUENT calculation software for numerical calculation of its, to verifythe results obtained from the theoretical point of view. The main workincludes:A cold experimental wind tunnel was build for giving stable speed.Analyzing and checking for the wind tunnel. Using the PIV to experiment the nine different slot structures, using the image hiding, filtering,correlation analysis, POD, DMD velocity decomposition process theanalysis of the results, the optimal injection effect of slit structure iscircular port, slit width of slit structure20mm.The model was calculated by using FlUENT software, the calculationmodel is the same of the experiment model, each model set different flowvelocity, simulation of jet flow, introduces the structure and characteristicsof jet flow field. By the analysis of the simulation results, although thereare some deviations in the specific values, but the best ejector structure,also obtained the slit structure is consistent with the experimental results...
