| Automotive industry is the main force of modern industrialization. Since21stcenturythe automotive electric innovation is develop faster and applies in widely field. Recently, theStateDevelopmentandReformCommissionissuedthe"GuidingCatalogueofIndustrialStructure improvement†clearly encourage the development of electronically controlledtransmission. Traditional mechanical transmission is much heavy and mechanical abrasioncaused weak durability. Electric actuators can solve these problems. This thesis is about the shift by wire development project in K Company, theoreticalresearch about the force transmission and kinematics of the cam mechanism system. Anduse the cam analytical method, to explore the relationship between the expected law ofmotion and the cam curve. Though3D model and motion collision of kinematic analysistools to optimize the design. Cam-Curve work vibration, rebound slide files and redundantstalls and other issues, the proposed optimizationprogramto improve the operationefficientof the cam, extend the life of the system. Cam design method to promote the product to thegeneral product design can shorten the design process of the cam implementing and toestablish the law of motion of the shift mechanism in line with expectations. |
