Ultrasonic contains fluid information When the ultrasonic wave is spreading in fluid,ultrasonic flowmeter is based on the principle of complete flow measurement,so it is particularly well suited for wide caliber, large flow measurement.Measuring accuracy and the automation degree of ultrasonic flowmeter is improved with the development of electronic technology.This paper study a set of ultrasonic flowmeter which is suitable for wide caliber flow measurement,it integrated the advantages of electronic technology and ultrasonic flowmeter.The research work of this thesis are as follows:firstly, this paper analyzes the measuring principle of ultrasonic flowmeter and ultrasonic flowmeter measurement scheme is determined;Put forward reasonable compensation scheme and design and improve the ultrasonic flowmeter from the following three aspects:1:we set the multi-channel measurement mode becuse depth of different fluid flow rate different,then according to the multiple path compensation algorithm for the computation of flow;2:We on velocity measurement scheme is improved becuse the single acoustic path measurement of fluid flow is a fluid line average flow velocity rather than surface average velocity;3:Ultrasonic flowmeter installation error is studied, and the design of multichannel ultrasonic flowmeter installation scheme.Finally we design and debug ultrasonic flowmeter modules, includes control circuit, transmitting circuit, receiving circuit, display module, communication module and other ancillary circuit.This topic originates from the company,Ultrasonic flowmeter is mainly directed against the channel flow measurement, through the experimental verification, the design of the subject of ultrasonic flowmeter can meet the wide caliber flow measurement, with certain accuracy and stability, to achieve the expected goal.
