Inducing And Controlling On Traffic Accidents Of Ha-jia Section Of Hatong Freeway

With the rapid popularization of motor vehicles and the rapid development of roadtransport，traffic accidents surge is serious problems faced by our country and the wholeworld.Road traffic accidents involving thousands and thousands of families，have becomethe serious social problems in the world greatly concerned.How to strengthen trafficmanagement，improve conditions of road traffic and environment，and the drivers safetyawareness，which becomes our important issue to resolve in urgent need.This paper gave a detailed affecting factors about road traffic accidents，analyzed theaffects to the traffic safety about peoples，vehicles and the roads，environment and trafficfacilities.Through collecting， collating the large number of materials，analyzing the data ontraffic flow in Ha-jia expressways，finding out the occurred laws of Ha-jia expresswaytraffic accidents，with a focus on two major laws for accidents accured for the time andpace，studying the properties of the vehicle running speed in Ha-jia expressways，analyzingthe causes of traffic accidents under the ice-snow conditions，drawing up the urgentpre-arranged planning for traffic accidents under the ice-snow conditions，analyzing thecauses for the traffic accidents in the fog days，studying the methods for traffic managementand organizition with fog，and making an urgent plan.According to the present materials，applying the forecasting model of traffic accidents，using the linearity regression and grey forecast analysis methods，making the estimate to thepossible accidents that occur in the future，analyzing the degree of hazard and the trend ofdevelopment. Finally，this paper combined to the relative theories to put forward toimproving the measures of Ha-jia expressways traffic security conditions.The following studies were carried out in this paper.（1） distributing rules for traffic accidents；（2） the causes produced for traffic accidents；（3） the forecasting of traffic accidents；（4） the preventing methods of traffic accidents.
