Tunnel construction is one of the most complex construction projects involving in manydisciplines. At present gushing geological disasters are becoming increasingly prominentduring the construction. Tunnel gushing water issue has become a very serious geologicaldisasters in a series of transportation infrastructure projects such as roads, railways. Tunnelgushing water occurring in the construction process,it is not only impacting the operatingenvironment but also causing the instability of the tunnel surface,at the same time,it leads to alot of difficulties in shotcrete and anchor construction, especially in a large number ofhigh-pressure water gushing,it often will result in serious security incidents. The gushing notonly impact the normal construction of the tunnel construction process, but also endanger thesafe operation of the stage after the completion of the tunnel.,sometimes it may result in theinterrupt of normal driving,it wil bring about a tremendous threat to the property and safety ofthe people.This article are primarily studying the basic characteristics of Wushaoling tunnelgushing, formation conditions and formation mechanism,combining with Investigation of thegeological conditions, which comes form the landslides segment on accounting of watergushing,pre-survey and the revealing information of excavation. it simulatly calculates thecharacteristics of underground water two-dimensional seepage field distribution, according tothe motion law of underground water and the principle of Hydraulic permeability.meanwhile combining with the structure surface characteristic parameters of Wushaolingtunnel surrounding rock and the investigation of water gushing. Referring to the preliminaryinvestigation, the analytical results and numerical model,it is proposed that primary blockingcombining with draining off water is in order to manage the problem of water gushing.meanwhileit provides the design proposal of cement-soluble glass double liquid slurrygrouting relying on the tunnel water gushing characteristics. Finally,it assesses the effect ofproposal of double liquid slurry grouting according to the comparison of the tunneldisplacement before and after grouting processing,thereby. The results can provide a referencefor the gushing water treatment in the future under similar conditions in the tunnelconstruction...
