With the development of industry and construction nowadays, the national’s possessivequantity and the equipment rate basically reflected a country’s mechanization level inengineering construction from various branches and sectors of the national economy. It hasgreat influence on the progress of economy that independent develop a small hydraulicpressure wheeled excavator with high efficient,energy saving and convenient operation. Inthe view of the fact that above mentioned, this thesis design a hydraulic pressure wheeledexcavator with references that describe the hydraulic pressure wheeled excavator, which issuitable to the construction of the path and the municipal administration construction innarrow and small area, also do the work of compaction, crushing, demolition and rotary pile,in addition, the equipment’s use and the shift is convenient and does not have to transport.This papers design a small hydraulic pressure wheeled excavator design, and hascarried on a exhaustive design analysis, including the overall scheme design, basic parameterdetermination, force analysis and comparison of work unit, choice of engine, design oftransmission system,coupling part, gear box part, drive axle, wheel transmission part,steering mechanism,brake unit and so on. The bearing and the key has been made analysischoice and strength calculation. Finally, the excavator partial parameters and the machineassembly drawing design are also completed.
