This thesis firstly introduces the structure of water-stable mixing plant, and then mainlyfocus on the study of its Weighing System: the commonly used material measurement inwater-stable mixing plant’s Weighing System, including eubage metering and weightmetering, is analyzed on the basis of stable-water mixing plant’s technological status andrelated data at home and abroad. Metering devices, such as aggregate, electronic beltweighing conveyor, powder screw scales and Weight-drop scale, commonly used bywater-stable mixing plant is analyzed (including their respective measurement principlse andstructural characteristics).The structural analysis and mechanical analysis of single-lever type, parallel bars,andfloating scale structure is analyzed, and the application of using direct load-bearing-type scalestructure in the electronic belt of water-stable mixing plant is proposed. Then, structuraldesign and stress analysis of the proposed structure is carried on. The3D part and assemblydrawings of the structure is finished in the three-dimensional modeling software-pro/e.After analyzing the ratio of precision of the Weighing System, the powder (cement),weighing method is proposed, which makes the weight of the powder changes with thechange of the aggregate weight so as to improve the ratio of accuracy of powder andaggregate ensureing the quality of the finished material. Through carefully discussing anddesigning the measurement and control system control algorithm of water-stable mixingplant, the introduction of fuzzy control based on traditional PID control is proposed,thatis, applying fuzzy PID control algorithm to the measurement and control system so as torealize intelligent PID control which could improve the system dynamic responsecharacteristics and ensure the weighing accuracy and the ratio of precision of the WeighingSystem.The simulation analysis of the measurement and control system which adopts thetraditional PID control algorithm and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is done by using Matlab.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm can make the system hasgood dynamic characteristics and maintain good weighing accuracy and the ratio of precision.
