Through the recent years of constructing high grade highway, the function andthe technology of Chinese highway network has improved tremendously, thus thereare new requests for road management. But the current level of road management isnot good enough in the emergency, owing to not evacuating the vehicle timely, makethe resources wasted, life is threatened, the economy is lost, it is a serious test forChina’s capability of the road operation. In order to effectively use of the currenthighway facilities, this paper studies the level of road network traffic induction andinformation released problems, reflecting the network characteristics of highwayservice, developing the efficiency of road network.This paper firstly studies how to confirm the influence of highway network inemergencies and analyses the impact of the traffic accidents, then contrasts the trafficflow model and analyses the traffic wave equation under the linear model, studies thebasic theory of the induced traffic, makes clear the basic ideas of the induced traffic,formulates specific induction technology route and expatiates on the steps of theinduced traffic, analyzes the behavior of managers and travelers after releasing theinduced information, analyses people’s route choice behaviors under informationconditions, the paper studies the traffic induction having the effect on traffic flowdistribution, contrasting the various ways of releasing traffic induction informationand studies the board layout of variable information intelligence, issued the contentand layout problem.Finally,taking the coastal high-speed freeway of cangzhou section as an example.All the coastal high-speed of cangzhou period pile of main position under theemergency induction measures should be classified. In accordance with the inductionof piling interval classes, make the appropriate measures and informationdissemination strategies.
