With power electronic technology rapid development, the widespread use of variousnonlinear components, make the increasing for the high order harmonics in the power grid,and reducing the power factor, which influence the power quality seriously. In order tosolve the problems existing in the power grid, to begin with single phase in the subject, thepaper design a kind of power factor correction control equipment based on the Boostcircuit by the digital control.In the industrial frequency power grid, the waveform of input voltage is a standard sinewave, and input current often occur distortion due to the influence of harmonic in thepower grid which makes the power factor reduce. In order to make the input current whichhas happened to distortion effectively recover for sine waveform and as far as possible toimprove the power factor1, the power factor correction controller designed in the paperstill use traditional double closed loop control structure, containing the outside loop forvoltage control system and the insert for current control system. In order to make the inputcurrent waveform which follow with the input voltage waveform completely not occurdistortion, the voltage closed loop deal with the sampling value of the input voltage andoutput the input benchmark of the current loop. Input current waveform follows with theaction of the input voltage waveform under the inner loop control. The paper adopts digitalcontroller to achieve double closed loop control system. The internal control algorithm ofchip uses PI control algorithm. After analysis small signal model and PI algorithm modelof the control system, theoretically, the paper conclude the better control model. Finally,the paper set up the mode of the control circuit contain PFC circuit and not, and make acomparison about the simulation result of the two modes.Through the simulation experiment, the paper demonstrates that it is feasible andeffective to fix PFC control system based on boost convertor and DSP of the researching inthe paper.
