To simplify the calculations, the introduction ofnational seismic code structures are the influence coefficient concept, but the structuredefinition of the influence coefficient is different.The abroad coefficient factors to consider a more comprehensive, most consider theductility level, structural systems and materials and other factors, our specification doesnot consider the differences in type of structure, ductility level, cycle and in whichthe earthquake risk environment, the influence coefficients of all the structure to take thesame structure, is clearly not reasonable.The existing "Seismic Design of Buildings seismic standards"(GB5009-2010)(hereinafter referred to as "10seismic norms") pursuant to the "three levels, two-stage"principle, the extension from "89seismic norms" from the use of "small earthquakeflexible design"law, and did not consider the impact of structural ductility of reinforcedconcrete structures, steel structures and structural systems are used all kinds of structuraleffects of a single coefficient (2.8125), which take the same seismic coefficient.
