As the rapid socio-economic growth and accelerate the process of urban developmentin recent years, people’s appreciation of entertainment and intense for national park moreand more. China’s tourism industry developed rapidly during this period, which relies onscenic spots as the main tourist area is the main destination.China is a country which takes mountainous as the main land area. accounting Thistype of terrain more than2/3of China’s total land area. A large number of mountain typenatural landscapes in variety kinds."Mountain" occupies a special place in the mind ofChinese. The major mountains as early as the important memorial place of traditionalculture and history. China is the earliest country take mountain landscape as the resourcesfor development, also the first country take mountain as a tourist area. Mountain tourismhas become an important class of tourist reception area after years of development, whichhas played an important role of China’s tourism industry development.China’s tourism industry transformed from product market to service market in recentyears. In this transformation, the mountain class national parks have been unsuitable forthe modern tourist market because of its early development, its design, and managementand service concepts. It makes the mountain class national parks entered the phase ofstagnation or decline of the stage in recent years. So how to take them to "recovery phase"is an important research topic.This article according to the research ideas:"theory study-overview study-comprehensive study-empirical research". It take the growth pole theory, theory ofsustainable development of tourism, tourism life-cycle theory, community participation intourism development and tourism community integration theory as the basis. Throughliterature research methods, comparative analysis, research methods in practice, feedbackanalysis, summarized the law of the planning of service area in mountain national park’sentrance. Combine with the classification of our country’s tourism resources; research thecharacteristics of the mountain national parks. Analysis the development process ofentrance service area in mountain national park for the strategy of entrance service areaplanning. And get planning principles, objectives and strategies in this kind area. Put the corresponding solutions from eight aspects as functional integration, spatial layout, landuse, cultural heritage, transport organizations, social coordination, image building,outreach and so on.Application of theory with practical research methods, take the typical mountainnational park-Jiugong mountain national park, as an example for discussed and empirical.Sufficient evidence the necessity and the main features of the planning of entrance servicearea in mountain national park, and provide effective planning guidance for such areas topromote the ecological resources, cultural heritage protection and utilization of nationalparks.
