| With the short supply of the national energy, energy saving becomes the current hottopic. And then all kinds of home appliances in daily life become the study object forsaving energy. However, refrigerator frost is the reason why the cooling efficiency is low,and the energy can not be used fully. Although there have been many detection methods,but most are indirect detection, not direct detection. This refrigerator frost detectionsensors can directly detect frost to judge whether the frost happens or not.Firstly this thesis introduces the frost formation mechanism, detection schemeselection, light path characteristic analysis, and circuit model selection. And thendetailedly introduces frost test device, mainly including frost experimental platform,atomizer, laser range-finders, etc. After verifying that the scheme is feasible, improvethe sensor’s structure and add the fiber, then finishes the consistency research of severalexperiments of the single sensor. Based on the structure of the test sensors, finish the fiberrefrigerator frost detection sensor’s structure design, the consistency research of severalfrost detection sensors and validation studies in the actual refrigerator environment.Finally, through the cooperation with the refrigerator manufacturers, this thesis completesthe frost sensor application research on the actual evaporator and successfully developestwo kinds of frost detection sensor’s structure design which includes fiber frost detectionsensor and diaphragm frost detection sensor. All in all, this thesis verifies that theevaporator sensor is feasible, and it has good performance.Through several experimental studies, the samples of the frost detection sensor havegreat consistency. Evaporator frost detection sensor is based on the structure improvementof the frost detection sensor sample, and success in getting applications. |
