This thesis designed and implemented an intelligent precision device formeasuring the parameters of angle migration scale, Motor rotation range and so on.According to the parameters, the technical personals adjustment Multidimensional axisturntable position and the system will be higher accuracy.The thesis introduces the main optical methods of measuring small angle, analyzesthe advantages and disadvantages of different methods and determines the opticalcollimation method to be the final plan. The thesis build a hardware platform for thecontrol with TMS320F2812, using TDA2030chip to amplificate the output of signalgenerator, choosing custom RDC double speed converter to decode the resolver’s outputsignal, using AD7732translate the angle sensor’s simulation signal into digital data andcommunicate with PC through SPI interface, producing different PWM signal throughDSP to control the turntable’s motors.In order to debug and modify, and enhance the program portability, the subject usesmodular way to design the software system. The software has split into DSP systeminitialization, A/D conversion, demodulation data, motor control, SCI communication indetail. Finally the thesis summarizes the debugging process problems and solutions andpoints out that this topic later also can continue to research content.After eight hours test, the system’s performance meet the design requirements, andthrough the partner’s acceptance. |
