| There is a growing concern in studying the application of auto-cascade refrigerationsystem especially multi-stages auto-cascade refrigeration system in many fields of lowtemperature. Four stages auto-cascade refrigeration system can obtain lower evaporationtemperature which traditional refrigeration system can not accomplish with simpleconfiguration. Therefore, auto-cascade refrigeration system is playing a more and moreimportant role in fields of cryogenic medical, freeze-drying, cryogenic superconductors, cryogenic electronics, gas liquefaction, cryogenic vacuum etc.. In this paper, experimentaland theoretical studies on an auto-cascade refrigeration system using non-flammable andnon-azeotropic refrigerants is presented. This paper focus on:1.The feasibility demostration of this system, cycle thermal calculation and design&selection of the system parts.2.Cycle thermal calculation with a sofware, obtain non-flammable proportionalparameters of the non-azeotropic refrigerants through experimental studies and guaranteethe system work stablely.3.Modeling and simulation of key parts of the system, analyze the ways that thedesign parameters of the system parts affect the cycle characteristics and finally proposean optimized scheme.4.Built a experimental platform of the system, run the system and analyze theexperimental data. The main purpose of this paper is finding out the stable operating conditions of fourstages auto-cascade refrigeration system using non-flammable and non-azeotropicrefrigerants by expermental studies. |
