Centrifugal compressors are widely used in petroleum, chemical, and metallurgicaland other fields. The iconic device as a measure of the level of a major national equipmentmanufacturing industry is important. It is one of the high content of large centrifugalcompressor technology, development, manufacture difficult. The impeller of thecompressor is the core component. The operation of the security of the rotor group has acritical influence on the reliability of the entire unit. Therefore, the intensity of stressanalysis of centrifugal compressor impeller and rotor dynamic analysis of the group is thekey technical issues must be addressed in the design of high speed centrifugal compressor. In this dissertation, a large domestic centrifugal compressor impeller, using Solidworks modeling. Then the numerical calculation of the impeller is working by using thefinite element analysis. The results show that the junction of the products the maximumstress in the blades of the impeller outlet and roulette to optimize the design by modifyingthe thickness of the roulette impeller. The results show that the impeller enough strength toensure that, it can effectively reduce the maximum stress values of the impeller, thedesign guidelines for the structure of the impeller design.Group of a large domestic two stage double suction compressor rotor dynamicanalysis, we found through to modify the weight of the two parameters of the shaftdiameter and impeller to avoid the resonance phenomenon of the rotor. The weight of theimpeller is to modify the thickness of the wheel cover. The results provide a theoreticalbasis for how to avoid the resonance phenomenon. Design criteria and optimize the designof the rotor group. Some guiding significance of this study can not only reduce the maximum stressvalues of the impeller and optimize the design of the rotor group also has a certainreference value.
