The galvanometer is a swing motor, mainly used in high-speed, high-precisionlaser positioning occasions, Such as the field of biomedical systems, laser engineering,imaging and printing, semiconductor engineering and laser material processing. Forthe galvanometer of high-speed, high-precision positioning control,the study of theeffective control algorithms and hardware technology has a very important theoreticaland practical significance. According to the development status at of galvanometercontrol system, this paper provides DSP-based digital galvanometer control system.Firstly this paper introduces the background of the galvanometer control systemapplications, the current development at home and abroad, and motor controltechnology development. Secondly, it gives the design of digital galvanometer controlsystem based on DSP, describes the major components of this system, a nd shows thefeasibility and effectiveness of the position-speed-current closed-loop controlprogram by simulation.This article focuses on the hardware design of galvanometer control and thedrive circuit based on TMS320F28335, and then elaborated on the process of systemprograms, and briefly describes data pre-processing and digital implement of controlalgorithms. Finally, it studies fuzzy PID, sliding mode variable structure and fuzzysliding mode variable structure control algorithm, simulates galvanometer controlsystem based on these algorithms, and does a comparative analysis based onsimulation results.
