With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, many new projects consume a lot of natural resources, at the same time, the removal of urban demolition of abandoned buildings and generated a lot of construction waste. The recycled concrete research is the best solution to solve these problems.Under China’s large-scale highway construction, along with the construction of the road, a large amount of slope engineering is formed. Recently the experts of domestic and overseas study how to effectively control the slope due to rainfall. Water permeability concrete,with the characteristics of porous, not only ensure the stability of the slope soil, but also play a role in controlling rainwater infiltration, It is the core of the new building material of the slope protection engineering. It becomes to the hottest new building materials for slope protection project.The physical characteristics and application range of recycled coarse aggregate and permeable concrete are combined appropriately in this paper. Reserches on manufacturing of permeable concrete by using recycled coarse aggregate are made, the main contents are as follows:1. Analysis is made through the test of physical properties of the recycled coarse aggregate. The similarities and differences between the recycled coarse aggregate with natural aggregate are examined from the aspects of surface roughness, water absorption, composition, and robustness. Feasibility of using recycled coarse aggregate to manufacturing permeable concrete is proved.2. Raw materials ratio of permeable concrete of recycled coarse aggregate is calculated by volume method, permeable concrete block are made respectively according to the different porosity.3. Mechanical properties study on the permeable concrete blocks is made, permeable concrete blocks are tested which made by recycled coarse aggregate from the aspects of cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength and tensile strength.4. This paper simply designs the thickness and shape of permeable concrete slope protection plate in theory, analyzes the stability of permeable concrete slope protection board slope. Then construction technique of permeable concrete slope protection board is introduced simply.
