Steel box-concrete composite beams as a new structure combines the advantagesof both traditional steel-concrete composite beams and concrete filled steel tubes, andsolve the complexity that traditional steel-concrete composite beam need to set theshear connection. Has been proposed since2000by the Zhong Xingu ect of HunanUniversity of Science and Technology,Its has been studied that flexural capacity, shearproperties, local buckling and other aspects, and get a series of research results, at thesame time it began to be used in industrial and civil buildings. Because of itscross-section form of particularity, concrete in closed chambers, the bond-slipphenomenon is not easy observation, so the slip effect on the steel box-concretecomposite beam the performance has not been taken seriously, it is imperfect for a newstructural design and calculation of theoretical,and precisely because of this need, thisarticle has mainly carried on following several aspect work:1. A quantitative analysis was taken to steel box-concrete composite beam mayslip of location and laws through analysis of its shear distribution characteristics. Twosteel box-concrete composite beam was designed and produced, and produced anumber of sensors that developed by the Xi’an University of Architecture andTechnology and can measure the sliding value of the steel and concrete structures, steelbox-concrete composite beam at two symmetrical load the effect of bond slip behaviorwere studied. The value of the relative slip between its plate and core concrete weremeasured, by the existing steel box-concrete composite beam test studies and related tosteel reinforced concrete bond slip of the test, get the development law of slip that theplate and core concrete of the steel box-concrete composite beam under twosymmetrical load.2. Study the steel box-concrete composite beam element body in the elastic state,Derived the theoretical formula of sliding value about the steel box-concrete compositebeams, and the additional deflection formula to consider the slip effect of steel-boxconcrete composite beam;3. Use ANSYS software as a tool of finite element numerical analysis, it use ofShell181, Solid65, Combination39units were established considering slip effect,without considering the slip effect of the steel box-concrete composite beam finite element model, as well as the empty steel box limited element model, the calculationresults of the three models were compared, and analysis comparative the differencebetween the results. According to the calculate results of the steel box-concretecomposite beams get the distribution curve of sliding value.
