Human consume more and more resource and desire more and more comfortable environment for better living level. The fossil energy is most important resource now, but it seriously destroyed our environment. The sustainable development and the environment protection are the most important topics. The Fu guide nuclear accident once again reminded us the nuclear energy is very dangerous. The solar energy is cleaning and inexhaustible, and getting more and more attention. The photovoltaic power generation is one of most important using method of solar energy. HCPV is considered the most promising and the most advanced PV technology because of its higher efficiency and lower cost.The scientific electrical performance measurement is very important, and it can reasonably judge the performance of HCPV and improve the quality of HCPV. Also it can give more confidence to the consumers and venture capital firms and attract more funds.This thesis is focus on the electrical performance of HCPV. It is compose of two primary parts as following:In the fist part, the thesis introduces the structure, characters and measurement principle of HCPV. The HCPV is composed of cell, primary lens, second lens, bypass diode, and box. The measurement of HCPV is different to flat-plate solar module.In the second part, the thesis pays more attention on the how to design and install the electrical performance measurement system. After installed, the system is tested and the result proved the measurement system is scientific and reliable. The system can meet the needs of electrical performance for the HCPV certification.
