In the pipeline in the process of long-distance transport of soil erosion has been threatening the safety of pipeline transportation of one of the important factors,In the process of soil erosion, and pipe surface inevitably occur corrosion form the corrosion products membrane. Because of the generation of corrosion products of the matrix surface membrane for the protection of how but few research, therefore, carry out X80pipeline steel in soil, especially in the west ku’ele region’s soil corrosion research has the very important practical significance,In this article, the corrosion weight-loss method X80pipeline steel ku’ele test in soil solution of the corrosion rate and simulated using SEM and EDS corrosion products to the microscopic morphology and composition membrane in the name of the content in the observation, by XRD corrosion products to the membrane grain size and phase structure characterization, the use of2273electrochemical workstation dynamic potential polarization curves and exchange impedance spectroscopy testing, contrast research in ku’ele X80pipeline steel and high pH soil solution corrosion resistance performance, X80pipe steel in soil solution ku’ele simulation early (7d) corrosion products the formation process of membrane, pH value and temperature changes corrosion products to the early film substrate effect on the corrosion of, short-term (30d) and long-term (60d,90d,120d) corrosion products of the matrix surface membrane for the corrosion resistance of research.
