Research Of Distribute Power Technology For Aircraft Power System

It is a trend that the distributed aircraft power and automatic loadmanagement technologies will be applied in Advanced Aircraft Power System,and load will be protected and controlled by Solid-State Power Controller.Based on the detail analysis of Aircraft Power System construction andfunction, this thesis discussed and studies the distribute aircraft power systemin details, include Electric Load Management Center (ELMC) and Solid-StatePower Controller (SSPC).The design of ELMC decides to use the hardware platform which isformed by DSC from Freescale Semiconductor. With the fast and powerfuldata processing ability of the DSC core and the abundant peripherals available,the system can accomplish all the tasks, such as conditioning multiple analogsignals and the control and management of multiple digital signals. Softwaredevelopment of the system grounds on the μCOS-II. According to their ownfeatures, the application modules are divided into different tasks with differentpriorities. Through the system service, the μCOS-II can manage all taskmodules. Using RTOS in the system, the reliability and real-time ability of thesystem can be improved greatly, and the software system can have a betterexpandable ability.The design of SSPC taking28V DC SSPC as an example, thisdissertation presents the design of DC programmable SSPC and correlativetechnologies. The reliability of SSPC is analysed and the main factors causingshort interference are discussed, some methods are brought forward toimprove the circuit. The work status of SSPC on different kinds of load havebeen tested include resistor load, capacitive load and inductive load. Finally, the simulate experiments of the power disturbed system havebeen finished. Power System Processor (PSP) is simulating by PC. Thefunctions of load switching, status query have been verified.
