The automobile is the indispensable transportation tool in the modern life, modern economical construct and modern national defence. As a multifunctionalvehicle, light truck has wide range of application and huge function. At present thesaloon car industry competition has been intense, the domestic automobilemanufacturing enterprise has increased and truck profit margins also reduced yearby year. As early, simple introduction of foreign mature models and coretechnology cannot really make enterprise grow for a international competitiveenterprise, leading to the sequence of product development after unsustainable. Therefore, the domestic auto companies have realized that we should developed ourown core technology system under the digestion and absorption of foreigntechnology. This topic describes the cracking phenomena on cab floor of a commercialvehicle made by domestic large companies, which not only affects the bodybeautiful, but causes product quality suspicion and ruins the consumers’ mindimage. Therefore, the enterprise decides to study and analyze the reason in theoryand reality to master the regularity of the problem.First of all, the topic analyze the cab floor’s rationality of structure design, adopting the finite element method to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics, mainly including principle, the finite element model, the load, boundary constraintconditions, finite element method calculation and analysis, and test.Second, through the comparison of the single cab, preliminary infer thecracking reasons. Through the force analysis of flip institutions, flip test anddynamic stress test confirm the problem of stress concentration on cab floor and thedamage phenomenon. Finally, by the flip institution of the cab, puts forward all kinds ofimprovement scheme and verifies. Then confirm a reasonable and effectivesolution. This article analyzed the structure design and process analysis, which thoughtthat the cracking is a result of local unreasonable design. The article solved adifficult problem for manufacturer, but also provided theoretical basis and technicalguidance for the manufacturer to the product orientation.
