With the advance and development in technology, In recent years,large-capacity/high-current DC power suplies have been used more and more widely andbecome more and more important in electronic field. The technology of multi-module parallelDC/DC converters is a scientific and effetive measure to make system more reliable, enlargeconverter’s capacity, cut down the current in each switch, minish the size of converter, cutdown the cost of power supply. This technology can meet the need of large-capacity powersuplies, so it’s significative to research on the multi-module multiplex DC/DC converterparallel power suply.Based on the theoretical analysis of Boost circuit, a symmetrical parallel cofigurationwas select as the structure of triplex Boost converter in this peper by comparing severalparallel topologies. Then exhibited the superiority of such multiplex Boost and designed adouble closed-loopcontroller,current loop inside and voltage loop outside, for triplex Boostchoper system according to the theoretical analysis of it.As a further research to large-capacity/high-current direct current power suply, towtriplex Boost module are connected in this paper. The parallel system takes maximal currentsharing method to keep each module current balance by comparing with other usual currentsharing method.For demonstrating the correctness of theoretical analysis and design, a triplex Boostmodule and a tow module parallel system were build in Matlab.Beside of theoretical analysis,this paper designed a actual triplex Boost choper. The control board of this system was basedon STM32F103, an ARM microprocesser chip made by ST company. A current sharing boardbased on maximal current sharing method was designed too. What made the current sharingboard special was that it used a unilateralism follower.At last, build a triple Boost chopper experiment machine in those hadeware. Done theexperiment in the real machine and got the correct result. Analysised the curves and picturesof result in this experiment and found that the multiple Boost chopper circuit could boost theand regulate voltage, improve input current ripple frequency, reduce the input current rippleamplitude, reduce the current pressure in power components.All these demonstrated thecorrectness of the design.
