Xenon lamp as a light source has several decades of history,and it’s spectrum closes tonatural light. The technology is also in constant development and improving,Mainly reflectsin power supply units of high performance, high efficiency, high reliability, small size andlight weight, etc. In the past the design mainly USES the pulse width modulation (PWM) hardswitch control method. This kind of control mode of application to make the switch powercomponents opened and shut off the loss is very big, in the open shutoff process will generatehigh peak voltage and current, leading to the efficiency of the xenon lamp power is not high,electronic devices often damaged.In this paper the design of the Xenon lamp power supply, will be a hard switchingtechnology into soft switch technology, can greatly improve the power electronic deviceswork environment, and to further improve the efficiency and reliability of power supplyXenon lamp, also can be effectively reduced electromagnetic pollution (EMI) andenvironmental pollution, noise, etc.), for in the21st century develop green power electronicequipment to provide effective methods.First, in this paper the design of main circuit parameters. The first part of xenon lampswitch mode power supply first, through the research of soft switching power supply maincircuit design, make its output as high efficiency. The main circuit of switch power supply ofsoft switch pattern, its than the previous hard switching mode switch tube wastage. Softswitch load by adjusting the occupies emptiescompared ways. The second part is usuallyaccording to the volume of magnetic core transformer, and set the switch frequency. The thirdpart is the type of high frequency power transformer design, and its give priority to the keycircuit design, this paper chose ferrite materials as magnetic core, the application of themethod of the parameters of the AP transformer design. Through the key components of thecircuit was analyzed, and the main power switch tube choose the working frequency of andspecific models. At the same time the output filter circuit design and choose the suitableoutput rectifier diode.Secondly, the paper to the system control circuit, to study in detail the design by DSP asthe core of the controller circuit, and are given respectively and hardware design principle andthe principle diagram. Use has control of simple, flexible and dynamic response PWM control technology advantages design control circuit, with the aid of DSP concrete realization. DSPhas the calculation speed, and the little power consumption, lower cost advantages, and fordifferent control algorithm implemented as long as change system software, without changingthe other parts of the system to finish.Finally, the design thought theory and the specific operation union, research anddevelopment of preparation150W experiment with a prototype, and the software andhardware circuit design for verification. Results show that the effect of the design of powersupply with thinking and requirements in advance. Has the meaning and can be widely usedspace.
