Stabilized platform is an automatic device which can effectively isolate carrier’smovement relative to inertial space, to make the stabilized object maintain the same positionwithin a certain range, or are able to adjust position and orientation of stabilized objectaccording to law given in advance. It has wide applications in aerospace, marine andtransportation. As a typical application of stabilized platform, gyro stabilized platform usuallyadopts ring frame structure, by assembling a few gimbals together through bearings, withservo motion components and inertial sensing element installed, to form a mechanical whichcan rotate between each other. Because of its special applications, it has comparatively highrequirements of the size, power consumption, reliability, and working environment of thecontrol system. SCM which adopts VLSI technology to integrate functions of CPU, ROM,RAM, I/O port, interrupt and timer into silicon to form a perfect small computer system justmeet the requirement perfectly. As one type of embedded systems, SCM product is maturingand widely used in all walks of life around the world. Its research and application havebecome a new economic growth point of informatization development in our country.Regarding navigation products’ stabilized platform of our factory, this thesis firstlyanalyzes general requirements of the platform, describes its overall design and gives deepstudy of requirements for its control system, and designs control program of stabilizedplatform at a detailed level. The third chapter presents design of control system based onstabilized platform of SCM C8051F023, have discussion in regard to A/D, D/A correctionand single chip peripheral circuits which are important. Then, the fourth chapter makes designfor control system software of stabilized platform, based on a complete control process, thischapter works out procedures of initialization, A/D, D/A, etc. and opens discussion into keyissues. In the final chapter, it summarizes design of control system for the whole stabilizedplatform, and analyzes some of the problems and solutions of the application.Singlechip is a kind of intergrate circuit.It has been applied in the whole worlde range.There,the overall structure of the system program is given.The detailed design oflhardware of system is completed.The program of the system is given.
