Research On Concept Design Of New Dock Landing Cratf

The new century is confronted with the complex international marine order. In order toprotect the marine resources and rights, safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity,amphibious landing has been developed primarily in many countries. Because of congenitaldefects, old flat-bottomed barge landing craft will not meet the requirements of the marinewar. In order to assist the development of the equipments of our Naval, a new design of thehigh-speed dock landing craft has been presented in the paper.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1) Describe the developing status of the landing craft at home and abroad. Track newtechnology of landing craft in foreign countries. Summarize the features and requirements ofthe landing craft.(2) Analyse the performance and characteristics of typical landing crafts in differentcountries, utilize the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate different ship hulls,obtain a scheme meeting the mission requirements of the new dock landing craft and proposean innovative ship of double cushion monohull.(3) Discuss some basic elements in the landing craft design, such as ship form,propulsion, construction materials and so on. Complete the concept design of new docklanding craft, including the design of the landing craft’s main dimensions, lines design,general arrangement, etc.(4) Introduce the design and analysis software of ship, such as Napa, Catia, Icem, andStarCCM+, etc. Construct hull models, calculate the basic performance, analyse differentcomponents of the ship’s resistance by theoretical arithmetic and numerical simulation, andthen prove that the speed of the landing craft is good.(5) Discuss the lift system and its design features, determine the optimal layout of the liftshafting and the best style of air cushion room. Analyze the beachable and rebeachableprocess of landing craft. And based on the conservation law of energy, verify its performancewhich can meet the requirements.(6) Complete the concept design and summarize the main technical parameters andperformance indicators of the new dock landing craft.
