Miniature gas turbine because of the small size of the characteristics of light weight,often and generator design into a whole. Miniature gas turbine can be used in aviation,spaceflight, and also can be used for military vehicles auxiliary power unit, vehicle hybriddevices, etc. In order to improve the efficiency of miniature gas turbine, can as far as possiblerecovery after residual energy of turbine exhaust. In simple cycle gas turbine device, theregenerator is a very effective and easy to implement measures.In industry note steam turbine exhaust using cycle is to waste heat boiler heat, steam isproduced after the injected into the turbine doing work. Because of the steam back to note,can make the output power to increase, improve efficiency, NOx levels are low, and gasturbine steam injection cycle in the industrial technology attached much importance, and rapiddevelopment and application.Note the steam back to the heat cycle will return to the heat cycle is and steam injectioncycle are joint optimization. Based on two circulation advantage, make full use of the turbineexhaust waste heat, further improve the circulation efficiency, increase the power than.We simulate the design of100Kilowatt Micro Gas Turbine about one corporation in thispaper:1) Using the linear interpolation and the least square method fits compressor properties;Using the method of turbine blades saves characteristics;2) Building the mathematical model of every part and using flow balance, power balance,rotational speed balance and pressure balance match the nod and complete the simulation;3) The balance point will be used as the initial parameters. This simulation makes thefuel flow from a steady value to another stable value,so that change gas turbine from acondition to another condition, completing the dynamic simulation.4) Based on the dynamic simulation, making the fuel flow to be constant, outputing thegas turbine characteristic curve, in order to observe power-speed change.5) In this paper based on the establishment of the simulation model to water system, withthe water system to return to the heat cycle simulation, and the simulation results werecompared. Results show that the contrast, add water system, output power and efficiency allhave certain improve. This paper mainly for miniature gas turbine simulation research, and VC++softwarethrough the C language for miniature gas turbine model programming, and the differentoperating conditions of the static and dynamic simulation. Through the simulation resultanalysis system inherent characteristics operation rule, change rule, the overall performanceof this gas turbine of a comprehensive evaluation, and then define a reasonable operationmode, the use of the experimental simulation results provide a reference and guidance.
