| Networking intelligent device has become the research direction of the intelligent device, and is also one of the hottest research topics in intelligent device. Research and development on networking intelligent device has high practical value and theoretical significance. Networking electrolyte analyzer is based on the wireless network technology, which is used to transmit the data between the control center and distributed electrolyte analyzer nodes. This article also combined virtual instrument technology to design and implement user interface.Zigbee wireless technology, which is targeted mainly for applications where low-power, low-cost, low-data-rate, high-stability and high-reliability are main requirements, has been chose as the networking method according to the feature of networking electrolyte analyzer. Studying on the function of the electrolyte analyzer and the analytical method of ion selective electrode, the article gave the design proposal of networking electrolyte analyzer.Hardware circuit design is divided into Zigbee sending module and Zigbee receiving module, which both are cored with CC2530. The sending module includes CC2530core-module, voltage amplify module, AD module, voltage converter module, step motor driver module,IO extender module and measurement and control module; the receiving module includes CC2530core-module, RS232module and voltage converter module.Software development uses the modular design method. On the base of Z-Stack and the function of this device, the article developed SPI bus driver, I2C bus driver, step motor driver and UART driver. In view of the portability, the article designed a user interface based on the Linux environment.At the end of this article, the whole system has been presented, which includes PCB board and user interface. The communication test between nodes and the measurement results have been given. The test results show that networking electrolyte analyzer has many merits, such as operation reliable, high measurement accuracy, reasonable user interface, convenient to use and this technology can be widely used to realize networking in many fields. |
