With the development of online measurement technology,the power system monitoringtechnology has been developed and applied,such as Partial Discharge,the the onlinediagnostics of the state to transformer running,there is the power system over-voltage linemonitoring,power system failure caused by over-voltage,there is the need to keep recordsand reflect the real time operation of the grid volage1in order to analyze the specific reasonsfor the accident,providing an effective basis for the over-voltage accidents in the future,thisrequires to monitor internal over-voltage and lighting over-voltage of power system,in orderto control the operational reliability of the grid,the impact to the equipment and theconstruction cost of the power system caused by over-voltage accident within reasonablelimits and to minimize these initiatives as a basis;in order to achieve reliable electricalequipment insulation coordination and over-voltage protection, we need to monitorover-voltage of the power system in real time,combining with the insulating properties ofelectrical equipment to determine the level at a reasonable safe range,monitoring andrecording of over-voltage in real time plays an important and significant role for thesereasons.This article developed a FPGA-based distributed over-voltage online monitoringsystem,the device includes a voltage transformer,front circuit,data acquisition,and thetransmission system between the voltage transformer and the measuring instruments,datacollection,cache,dump for the data acquisition system by the FPGA chip,the system highspeed adjustable sampling frequency can be take into account the internal over voltage andatmospheric voltage collection,the transient response of the system to meet the monitoringand recording of power system over-voltage. Over-voltage data collected by the systemthrough simulation and hanging net run,the system can monitor and complete record ofvoltage process in real time. providing a reliable basic for over-voltage accident analysis.
