With the development of economy,the planning land of city is more and more tense, thedevelopment of city underground space has become an inevitable trend. Change in the citydevelopment,the density of building is lncreasing, the safety and stability of excavation becomeprominent.The impact of the excavation to surrounding existing buildings and road has also beenwidespread concern.The impact of the the excavation to surrounding existing buildings is mainly influenced by thedeformation of the retaining structure and the displacement of soil lead to surrounding existingbuildings can not use.In the old city of ShenYang,there are always existing buildings and roadaround excavation,they are harmful to excavation.The excavation of its stability has a directinfluence on the normal use of the buildings. This paper taking Shenyang Street LiFu Square foundationexcavation as an example, Through measured data analysis influence of soil frost heave toexcavation of the soil And with the method of finite element analysis of anchor and steel tubepile increase to improve stability of excavation.This paper has established a total of three model,compared with the excavation offpundation pit,the pit bottom soil uplift,the deformation of retaining structure,and the settlementof soil after supporting structure.Before the foundation pit of excavation,the stress of the soil isincreased with the depth increasing,while excavation in the vicinity of the excavation face, soilstress and displacement is the biggest, accompanied by the excavation of foundation, pit, soilstress and the displacement increases. When imposed upon the anchor cable supporting structure,soil anchor near in the most vulnerable, when increasing the cable length and row number andthe retaining structure is applied after the low-end steel pipe pile supporting structure, itsdisplacement and supporting structure settlement will decrease, increase the stability of thefoundation pit, to ensure the normal use of the buildings around foundation pit. The buildingsaround the construction of foundation pit support structure, the maximal displacement and themost easily damaged parts of the supporting structure is the central location near, in anchor cableconstruction must be part of this process, in order to increase the stability of the foundation pit,to ensure the normal use of the buildings around.
